KATI'S PLACE ADMISSION GUIDELINES
REQUIRED WAIVER
A parent or caregiver must complete the participation waiver before your child’s first class.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
A parent or caregiver must remain in the facility while class is taking place. A separate waiting area will be available nearby.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for any individualized personal care their child may require, including changing clothes or one-on-one bathroom assistance.
Please do not bring outside food due to allergy concerns. Light refreshments and water will be provided.
Personal electronic devices, toys, and technology should remain at home unless they are used as assistive technology or support a specific need, such as a communication device, fidget tool, or comfort item.
CANCELLATIONS AND ABSENCES
We understand that plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible if your child will be unable to attend.
